I've been passionate about working with children since I was a teenager, and it's a passion I've carried with me ever since. I've gained valuable experience working with children of various ages, ranging from infants to preteens, in different settings. Whether it's summer youth programs, summer camps, or serving as an assistant camp director, I've dedicated my time to fostering a positive and nurturing environment for kids. I believe in leading by example and setting a graceful standard for the children I care for. Patience and calmness are my guiding principles, and my creativity and imagination allow me to engage children in fun and educational activities. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. When it comes to household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead and ensuring consistency in their child's life.
