About Brigid

I am a recent graduate from Minneapolis, MN and I am excited about learning from and with prospective students and children. I have had experience nannying and working with kids in various contexts - as a 3-5-year-old Sunday school teacher for two years and as a nanny for my teacher's children. I am self-driven, a quick learner and take my responsibilities very seriously. I have a passion for taking care of people and fostering critical thinking. I grew up going to a Montessori school in Minneapolis for many years which instilled in me unwavering support and empathy for others. But, with that being said, math and science are off the table (KIDDING! sort of) I appreciate the processes of learning from and with people around me and ensuring that everyone feels comfortable, listened to and excited. I am very grateful for this opportunity to work with students.
