Do not waste your time or money hiring this person. She showed for orientation and her first training but her second training a night shift she no showed. Her emergency contact was able to find her and she was ok but had fallen asleep somewhere and didn’t hear her alarm or phone. After apologizing and promising that would not happen again we confirmed her next scheduled training the next morning. Three hours prior to her arrival time she messaged and quit. This was two plus weeks of our time wasted on this person and many dollars spent on her as well. To receive a text message saying sorry for the inconvenience 3 hours before she’s supposed to be here for her scheduled training. I hope for society sake she rethinks nursing school and nursing as a future career.
