Licensed Practical Nurse and dog loyalist. Cats tolerated. ;) no offense- just mirroring. I no longer have interest in the traditional health care system. Started nursing career at the county jail. After a few years, I moved on to the clinic setting. Gave it a go for almost a decade. Not for me. Left there and worked in an office setting for 4 years, just to get frustrated with the monotony. All the while, being a dedicated dog rescuer. Adopt, don't shop!! Rescued many elderly dogs and nursed them through the end of their life. Also, puppy sat for many family and friends. All dogs are puppies. :) Wanting to make more meaningful connections and make a difference in someone's life or their animal's. I would advocate for the individual, or animal, in my care and be in their corner. Open for anything, with discussion. Med apt trans, friendship/companionship, med administration, non medical outings, etc..
