I love animals & have had pets for my entire life & fostered off and on over the past 10 years. My current pets are 2 rescues - Ginger (cat) rescued 3 years ago, Red (dog) rescued 7 years ago. I have had & taken care of dogs: - ranging in a wide variety of sizes, breeds, and personalities - ranging in all ages - young to very elderly - ranging in levels of activity - needing a quiet space - to being very active - who were blind, deaf, had seizures, had heart worms, etc - who needed medications Every dog I have gotten to take care of has been a great pleasure. Having a mother & husband allergic to cats influenced having them as pets - but a wonderful compromise was met a few years ago (an outdoor cat) - and I love having a cat! I have also had pet snakes, turtles, and fish. I do not smoke. I have very reliable transportation (my own vehicle, in excellent condition). No years of paid experience (you don't get paid to own or foster), but the experience is still there! :)
