I've been a Registered Nurse for over 3 years, specializing in Mother-Baby care. I am passion about caring for infants and supporting mothers beyond the hospital setting. I prioritize safety and infant growth/development. While I am an inpatient RN by trade, I have successfully provided care for two newborns at night. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they stay informed about their child and any issues that arise. I aim for provide excellent patient-centered care and respect the parents' wishes.
