No show to interview two times in a row. At least the first time, she communicated that she totally forgot about it. This was after moving the interview once already because the time worked better for her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled the next day. She didn't show up or notify us that she wasn't coming. She also has communication challenges in general. She asked me to confirm our interview when we had already confirmed.
