About Bria
While working at an alternative girl's school for four years, I taught a middle school math class. Due to our girls having numerous educational lapses in their school career because of life's situations, many were performing below grade level. Additionally, 60% of our population have an IEP (individualized education plan). With that, I had to meet them where they were, increase their knowledge to meet state standards, and often navigate behavioral/emotional/psychological incidences.
