Brianna started out great. She was responsive. She was efficient and did what I asked. She cleaned for us three or four times then just stopped coming. When I reached out she explained she had had a death in the family and forgot to contact us. She had left they key under the mat and also neglected to tell us that. But that also tells me she had already known she wasn't intending to return but did not communicate that. I really can not recommend her.
