My journey into childcare began with taking care of my niece, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and create a safe, nurturing environment. Inspired by these positive experiences, I decided to pursue a part-time job that allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support families. I'm a patient and calm individual, fostering a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts children at ease. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue, following their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page about their child's well-being and any issues that may arise.
