Hi! My name is Brianna. I'm an Occupational Therapy Assistant with experience in both the home health setting and skilled nursing. I live in North Ridgeville with my gracious husband and our goofy cat Mackie. We moved here several years ago after my husband retired from the Navy, as he is originally from Cleveland. I also hold a Masters in Exercise Science & Wellness and volunteer with hospice. Having trained in SingFit, I also use "music as medicine" which engages Alzheimer's and dementia clients (and those without memory decline too!) in fun sing-a-longs to their favorite music from previous decades. My schedule varies, but is flexible at the same time. I will always do my very best to meet your needs and schedule and let you know up front if I am unable, as communication is foundational to any strong, compassionate and understanding relationship. Brianna was an absolute gift to me and my mother. I was my mother’s full-time caregiver and dementia is very wearing. Bri stayed with my mother two afternoons a week, allowing me to have a break. She provided interaction with my mom in addition to personal care. She took my mom to get her hair done and also would take her out for a bite to eat afterwards. All of these were essential to adding to the quality of my mother’s life. I totally trusted Bri with my mom at home and taking her someplace. My mom considered Bri to be her friend and enjoyed spending time with her. I trusted her so much that I was actually able to stop thinking about my mom for the time that she was with Bri She also did activities with my mom to aid with her dementia and would also provide excellent personal care. She also did exercises with my mom that were provided by physical therapy Brianna Will give your family member the qualified care that they deserve
