I spoke to Brianna on the phone and messaged her several times through Care.com. She was punctual on the phone and responded promptly to all my messages. During the interview, I found her eloquent and bright not only in intelligence but in personality. I enjoyed our discussion on gentle parenting and felt she would have been a good fit for our family. The only reason I did not hire her immediately was the unfortunate long distance.
