This past summer, I had the opportunity to work with children on the spectrum at a camp. I have learned a lot from that experience, and know what it takes to be able to care for and engage a child with a disability. I'm aware of the patience needed to have and redirection as well as how important technology is to some individuals. I am currently going to school to work with people with disabilities, and would love to be able to be of assistance with helping to care for these individuals.
