I am new to being a paid babysitter, but I do have experience babysitting my baby cousins as young as 1 y/o to as old as 11 y/o. I also worked at a summer camp for kids with autism so I know the responsibilities that are expected of me; I can be an asset in that area. I love working with children no matter the age and I do understand that all children are different and have to be approached differently.
