About Brianna

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, kind, and selfless. I like caring for seniors because they are a population that are sometimes overlooked. Working with seniors has taught me to look at the last stage of life with beauty. I'm looking for a job that works with my schedule and where I can provide my focus and attention on one patient, rather than the nursing home setting I'm used to. I started caring for seniors when I was 22 years old and a single mom to my oldest daughter. I wanted to find job security, but ended up falling in love with working with Geriatric patients. I understand that not being able to care for yourself is difficult for many patients. I am there to not only provide physical care to the patient but to help support the family as well. My skills include providing basic living needs such as meals (cooking and feeding), incontinence care, transferring needs, medication management, transportation to doctor appointments, emotional support, and more.
