Briana applied and set interview but canceled due to sick children. Then notified me she was still interested in our job after children better . Do we made another appointment to meet today at 10 am. Night before last, she texted how we paid which is on job description- check. We also write to persons business, even offered to pay fee for her to have a legal business, so no funny money to protect all of us. We always help people get businesses if they don’t have one to remain legal but most people it appears on care prefer to have money sent directly to personal accounts. They don’t understand they are service providers that is a business activity and those who pay them are clients, not businesses . So, last night, I confirmed twice and saw timestamp she read both to confirm meeting today but she never replied and of course, she was a no show. It is sad to have to write negative reports on people but I cannot enable this behavior. It is wrong. It is misleading for people to use care and not have a professional ethic of respect . Too many are on care but they really do not care. It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack. Good luck to Brianna. I wish you well but please give courtesy of canceling instead of a no show. It matters how you treat people.
