Since 2004, I have been working in a caretaker capacity. I worked as a direct care worker in group homes, for developmentally disabled and mentally ill adults, for eight years before I obtained my CNA certification. Then, I began working in a nursing home. I have also worked as a massage therapist and a cosmetologist, which I feel have benefited me in how I relate to others. I am proud of being able to provide compassionate and dignified care.
