I'd describe my personality as caring, loving, open minded, creative I love working with kids because it allows me to fully learn and understand how different kids can be. I love watching their development and how they cope with different things and situations and helping them out. To me it's important to be very open minded as I know every child is unique I'm looking for a job that allows me to help your child(ren) feel safe and comfortable so I can meet all their expectations and needs! I started working with kids when I was just 11yrs old, from siblings, to family members, to family friends and neighbors, I've always been one to offer help In my spare time, I like to read, write, go on a walk, paint, go to the gym, cook, meditate and learn about new things One thing you should know about me is I'm very passionate about everything I do, that's important to me My skills include communication, listening, behavioral management, cleanliness, patience, and quick decision making
