About Briana

Hi there, my name is Briana and I'm an outgoing and creative 26-year-old! I started my career in childcare 7+ years ago and have worked with children of all ages (6mo - 16yo). I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, and over the last 7 years I have honed my skills in creating a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and creative, always striving to make learning and play enjoyable for the little ones in my care. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, outdoor activities, and encouraging independent time. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, and when it comes to enforcing household rules am most comfortable following the lead of the parents, ensuring that the children understand and adhere to the established boundaries.
