About Briana
Experience: 10 yrs
5 years experience as a night nanny and working with infants and 10+ years experience working with children ages 2-10 years old. Was educated in a Waldorf school and assisted teachers with circle time, soup day and outdoor playtime. As a doula, my mother taught me about night nannying and postpartum. This evolved into offering nanny work over the years alongside other work. I also have a lot of experience in household flow with chores and assisting families in making life more efficient and effective as well as night nannying. In 2015 I completed my Bachelor degree in Psychology and by 2016 I was working as a behaviorist in public school, both assisting the teacher and working one on one with my client taking notes on his behavior for the IEP meetings with regional behaviorists, specialists, parents and school staff. I now work assisting and in home organizing alongside nannying and pet sitting as I will soon be working towards a career and masters in Psychology

Briana is a true gem, deeply trustworthy, intuitive and loving with children, tuned into the needs of the family organism, responsible, warm, and a pleasure to be around. We've had many care providers over the years and Briana is exceptional. My twin toddlers often look for her even when she's not around because they miss her, and they wake up asking to play with her. The house is a more joyful (and calm, and organized) place when Briana is here. One specific thing I appreciate about Briana is that she has many tools of the trade - sometimes I'll be sitting there trying to help one of my kids through a meltdown, and she will start singing a little song or make up a game on the spot, and it works immediately (better than what I was trying!). If you're getting Sonoma County Mary Poppins from this description, you're on the right track. Briana is magic. She's also a jack-of-all-trades and is not the type to say "that's not my job." I can't endorse her enough to care for your family.
