Hello, my name is Brett. My journey with neurodiverse individuals began at 11 when my 2-year-old sister was diagnosed with autism. I observed her therapy sessions, learning to support her as her big brother while also using aspects of ABA, RDI, DIR, Floortime, and Speech Therapy. As an adult, I worked as a Life Coach/caregiver for a child with autism for six years, forming a strong bond (he was a groomsman at my wedding). I'm now an RBT practicing client-led ABA. I do not practice Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and focus on naturalistic, play-based methods. I also work as an SLS provider, assisting my client with daily living skills and community outings like bowling, swimming, and the gym, often with friends. I have a B. A. in Psychology from UCLA and am pursuing a Master's in ABA (asynchronous, so no set class times). I love what I do! If you think I'd be a good fit, feel free to reach out with any questions.
