I'd describe my personality as Responsible, Empathetic, and Passionate. I like caring for seniors because I have cared for my grandparents for a couple years and I enjoy caring for those who need help in their everyday lives. I'm looking for a job that gives opportunities for professional growth, a positive company culture, good work-life balance, competitive compensation, alignment with personal values. I started caring for seniors when my grandpa got sick and needed someone to take for him physically and emotionally have someone to talk to aswell.
