I am also a senior, so I am very understanding of the aging process and feel this allows me to have more patience with people and more aware of how frustrating aging can be at times. I keep a positive attitude and am grateful I still have a great sense of humor to help someone who may be struggling with depression. I think it's so important to help everyone live their best life, whatever age they may be! I love water aerobics, reading and spending time with family.
