Brenda did a good Job cleaning, she got better over time and she charged me what we agreed on. She worked from Aug to end of Nov and during that time she did not show up and no communication. When I checked in with her hours later she said she got in a car accident, so okay of course. Then I had to ask her to let me know when she arrived at my home because I would not get communication from her. Things seemed to be going fine and she did not bring anything up and one day in Dec she said she was on he way. Then she said she would not make it. I messaged her the following week, she did not answer and did not show up. She seems like a good person and does good enough work but she might disappear on you. Hope it's helpful.
