About Brenda

My experience with elderly caregiving began with my mother's early onset dementia and her need to live with me for 12 years before the need for nursing home care. Prior to that, I assisted her with all activities of daily living. After her passing, I worked in nanny positions that included extensive household management tasks like food prep, errands, laundry, and light housekeeping. Since then, I have spent lots of time with my now 101-year-old aunt, conversing with her, taking her to doctor appointments and fun outings, and shopping for her.
