I feel that the hiring process was good with her, but the job of what was needed. I feel that she lacks some skills and for the fast pace of being a personal assistant needs more learning in this area and to be more proactive and productive good at organizing just not good at speaking up and a bunch of stuff just did not get done and not good at time organization. I should not have to give so much direction I feel! All the best
