About Brenda

For the past four months, I've had the pleasure of caring for a sweet lady with dementia. spent two days a week together. spent time coloring, watching old shows/movies, and occasionally, went to the senior center for lunch. also attended the same church. Our time together is coming to an end as she's moving away to spend time with other family members. I've enjoyed our time together and have found through this experience that I feel called to work with seniors. I've always enjoyed listening to older peers and have compassion and respect for them. As they age, they should have support, understanding, and be treated with the utmost dignity. I'm hoping to find another position with the right fit for all involved.
