I am a stay at home mom to teenage twin girls and an adult son by day, and a strength trainer in the evenings. Being a parent and trying to do it all, can be difficult at times. I'm a firm believer in the saying it takes a village, when it comes to children. We all need someone to lend an extra hand at times. I do have CPR training, however, my certificate has not been updated.
