I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to thrive. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I strive to provide a positive impact on children's lives and support families by being a reliable childcare option. With my experience working with children of various age groups, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. From 4-year-olds to preteens and even teenagers, I can adapt my approach to meet their individual needs and interests. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I firmly believe in consistency and structure. I work closely with parents to understand their expectations and preferences, and I ensure that the children are aware of and adhere to the rules. To keep parents informed about their child's day, I provide written daily reports and encourage verbal communication during pickup.
