I have over 7 years of housecleaning experience in many forms. I worked at a housecleaning company before working as a nanny. The company taught me proper methods for housekeeping such as changing bed linens with a hospital tuck, creating a hotel-like feel with folds on the toilet paper, and the standardized list of things to go over in each clean. The nanny experience taught me to multitask and get things done with speed yet accuracy, that things cannot be overlooked because of the inherent risk of little ones around, and that everyone loves the surprise and delight factor like bringing fresh baked cookies, some potpourri (alternative to candles), or a seasonal flower arrangement!
