About Bonnie

Hello! I currently work in Denver Public Schools running a school library, and I am hoping to spend my summer off having fun with some kids in Denver! I am looking for a family who needs a part time babysitter to spend time with your kids while they are out of school for the summer months. I've been working in the school library for two years, and I work with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. I also have experience as a program leader in a DPS affiliated childcare program last summer, where I supervised up to 15 kids and led them through a variety of crafts, games, and fun summer activities. I am very creative and love to plan things to do with kids. I tend to take a gentle approach when working with kids by trying to understand the cause of certain behaviors and taking the time to speak to them about the best ways to express what they want and need. I'm looking forward to a great summer!
