I believe in starting a exercise program shortly after getting hired to establish building good and strength. I have often been either the main provider or the head provider in homes. I keep detail notes for other providers to review or family members. I play games and encourage them spending time with friends. I have many references and will provide as requested.

Bonnie worked for me for almost a year taking care of my 95 year old dad who was in declining physical and cognitive health. She did physical care including bathing, dressing and personal hygiene. She did multiple kinds of transfers from bed to chair, chair to bed, chair to walker to wheelchair and so on. She cooked for my dad choosing foods she knew there was a better chance he would eat. Bonnie is upbeat and chatty. She brought energy and a sense of liveliness to the house. She willingly shared her extensive knowledge with me, teaching me about caring for someone in their 90s and also provided emotional support to me during this past year. Bonnie is extremely dependable, she's responsible and mature and a direct communicator. She is open and honest and I trusted her completely with my dad. And most of all, Bonnie has a sincere and kind heart. She makes it clear by her words and actions that she genuinely cares about the person she is taking care of. I give her my highest recommendation with gratitude for all she did for my dad and for me.
