I strive to enrich and give comfort to the lives of others. I have cared for individual people & groups with varying types of dementia, people with Parkinsons, with Ataxia, who are bedridden, sit-to-stand lifts, personal care & toileting, comforts of hospice. I am 55 and active in life. I love spending time with my husband and our pets. We have a wonderful relationship. My Mom & I are very close as well. Since 1999 I have fostered pets & been involved in pet rescue. I am detail oriented and I seek resources to advocate for things to fulfill life's comforts. Bonnie is an excellent caregiver. She is kind, extremely patient, smart, and up to any task set before her. She was my 61 yo husbands primary caretaker until his death last fall. We felt so very grateful to have her work with us. She shopped for groceries, kept his living area spotless, helped him with difficult transfers, bathed him in a shower chair, assisted with toileting, and cut his nails. She was also a great companion to him- his ability to speak was deteriorating and she was so very patient. We had many caregivers work with us - she was the very best!
