About Bonnie

I have 3 years of formal experience, with ages 3 months to 12 years. I have spent the most time with ages 1-5 years. I love having conversations with children in whatever capacity they are capable of, be it baby sign language with a 1-year-old or various conversations about the world around us at any age. I have an Associates of Fine Arts, which I bringing that to the table when it comes to working on creative projects with the kiddos. I also love a good cozy moment reading books. I seek out what children are already learning and using that knowledge to help them learn the next steps of that path. I keep a growth mindset both for the children I work with and for myself as well, taking every opportunity to build further. I have a cat named Stevie Wonder, who is my best bud, and I am very pet friendly. I can help with light housekeeping, such as children's laundry or washing dishes. I like to be helpful, and will help out wherever I can when I feel it is appropriate.
