Michele was amazing for my mom's minor outpatient procedure. She was very understanding and empathetic of how I felt not being able to be present with my mom, and took a lot of great care and concern into her support for my mom. Michele shared photos and updates with me regularly with my mom, and ensured she got home safe. I will definitely use Michele again for any support my mom may need!
