H. stayed with Ms. B since he was 4m, and she is the most amazing nanny ever. H. is the one that needs more work, and I was reluctant at first with the drop-off at her place. But I'm glad I trusted the moms' feedback. She cares for him deeply, always so patient and we all love her sunshine and positive energy. Her place is spot-clean with many toys and books. She stays in touch with you and always makes you feel safe when the baby is with her. We are so thankful that we have her as his nanny.
