For the past two years, Blanca has been an invaluable member of our family, providing exceptional care and unwavering dedication to our son. We have truly loved working with Blanca and wish she could have stayed with us for many more years! Blanca started working with us when our son was just three months old, and her loving nature was evident from the very beginning. She created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for our son and truly loves him like her own. Blanca is always gentle, calm, and patient. She is also adaptable and eager to work with us on our many requests as parents and helped us with baby-led feeding, potty training, and gentle parenting. Her love and patience shine through in every interaction, creating a bond of trust and security that is invaluable in a caregiver. She always prioritized our son's well-being, health, and happiness above all else. From story time to cooking to outdoor adventures, Blanca has consistently engaged our son in ways that have fostered his curiosity and joy. Our son is extremely communicative, gentle, and sweet, and we believe it’s because he follows Blanca’s example. Blanca is also extremely hardworking and professional. Even during naps, Blanca does not like to be idle and would always be cleaning or cooking. She always arrives on time to work and is very reliable.
