About Blake

Hello! I recently graduated with a B. A. in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, with emphasis in cognitive psychology. In my studies, I've learned just how variable human brains can really be! Caregiving allows me to understand other's unique perspectives from a place of empathy and responsibility. I am a life long learner, I am always seeking opportunities to engage meaningfully with the world. In my spare hours, I find numerous ways to stay curious. I push the limits of my mind through writing and reading, and push the limits of my body through exercise. I am very patient and understanding of those with neurodivergence, having close family and friends with autism, ADHD, and anxiety.
