Hello! My name is Blaire, I am currently a pre-med student at Howard University, aspiring to become a surgeon. With the desire to help others, I've always been passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth, and I believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive and succeed. I've had the privilege of working with families and providing reliable childcare. I approach my role with patience, friendliness, and a touch of charisma, ensuring that the children in my care feel safe, loved, and engaged. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I make sure to keep them updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting choices while ensuring a consistent and structured environment for the children.
