Before becoming an RN, I worked as a CNA/GNA for five years, including several years with The Arc of Carroll County, where I received specialized training in disability care. I have experience working with individuals with spina bifida, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.
