I'd describe my personality as Attentiveness, Listening, Knowledgeability. I like tutoring because I want to help and take care others understand and learn new concepts, which let me feel satisfied. Also, keep tutoring allow me to refine my own knowledge and skills. I'm looking for a job that working with students who communicate actively, and reasonable commuting distance. I started tutoring from 2017. In my spare time, I like to reading and writing. One thing you should know about me is helping students achieve their goal. My skills include communication, patience and adaptability. I can clearly explain concepts and ideas after listen and find students' questions. I can judge the time students need to work by themselves or need help immediately. I always maintain a supportive attitude throughout the learning process. Basic on the student's individual needs, learning pace, comprehension level, and my knowledge, I am able to adjust tutoring techniques and approaches.
