Mrs. D. is an outstanding caretaker. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to my grandmother's needs. She is very patient and kind, always listening to my grandmother with respect and understanding. She takes the time to explain things to my grandmother in a way that she can understand and provides her with emotional support whenever she needs it. Mrs. D. is an invaluable asset to our family and we are extremely grateful for all she does.
