We were excited for Bibi to come. We spoke on the phone, and we confirmed through text. On the day, she didn't show. We called and texted, with no response. We still haven't heard from her a few days later. I understand if there is an emergency, but it would be nice to keep us posted, even if it is a few days later, and not just leave us hanging. We would not trust her to come again.
