About Bianca

Hi!:) I'm Bianca and I live in Brooklyn. I went to NYU for art history. I have been teaching farming and gardening to children at several schools and farms for the last 3 years. I am incredibly passionate about guiding kids towards being kind, curious and caring. I like working with them because I think it is so important to give love to our children so they grow up feeling secure in themselves and in the world. I'm looking for a job that is close to my home and is flexible. I am moving to LA at the end of the month so it can't be a long term position. In my spare time I like to read, cook and visit parks:) One thing you should know about me is that the way I interact with children is something I take very seriously. I believe in eye contact, using a kind tone, being engaged and not using my phone a lot around them. I try to model how to be open and present! My skills include gardening, photography, jewelry making, writing, painting, pottery, and listening.
