About Bianca

I hired Bianca T. in February, 2013. Since Bianca has started working for us, she has completed all the necessary training for First Aid, CPR, Recipient Rights, Universal Precautions, and Medications passing. Bianca started working with us with very little experience assisting disabled people. However, Bianca's personal experience in working with an autistic family member was enough to build our confidence that she would be a good fit for my brother. Bianca is adept as she learned to communicate and understand the needs of my brother. Bianca pays close attention to the details of routines that may upset or change his moods. Bianca immediately reports any problems and has gained confidence to manage many situations. Bianca is very professional and provides daily reports for the other staff to review so they can bench mark how my brother's day was going. Bianca also helps during emergency situations when there were gaps in coverage by working additional hours beyond the normally agreed upon schedule. Bianca is currently working on our staff. We really enjoy working with Bianca. Bianca has a very positive attitude towards the work that she does. It is a pleasure working with Bianca T. and we are very happy to have her part of our team.
