Bianca has been such a pleasure to meet, and we couldn't be more satisfied with her services. From the moment she arrived, Bianca made an immediate positive impression. Our kids responded very positively to her right away, which set a great tone for the evening. Her ability to handle both of our kids, especially during the challenging moments with our younger child at bedtime, was truly impressive. She remained calm, patient and resourceful, ensuring that both children were comfortable and happy. What gave us an extra layer of comfort is Bianca's medical background. Knowing that she has the expertise to handle any situation that might arise really reassured us.
