About Bianca

I've spent 15 years as a childcare provider because there's no better way to make a positive impact on society than by supporting families and fostering children's growth. My calm, creative, and friendly nature has helped me earn the trust of parents and children alike, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, and my Early Child Development coursework has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively care for children aged 1 to 3. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation. I speak both English and Spanish, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure open and transparent communication about their child's day or any issues that arise.
