Bianca has been providing childcare to our daughter since she was 5 months old. Having been with us for more than two years now I can honestly say Bianca is such a blessing to our family. She is punctual, proactive, flexible, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about early childhood development. She gives me great tips and knows what to anticipate and how to handle difficult situations. She doesn’t shy away or take the easy road when my daughter has a meltdown. She does what is best for my daughter in terms of her development and helps her learn to cope with different situations that Re hard for her (like when my daughter doesn’t want me to leave the house). My daughter loves Bianca and asks for her when she is not around. Bianca is also one of only a few people including my husband, myself and our au pair who is able to get Natalia to go to sleep on time. She is confident and a really good listener not only regarding what my daughter needs but what I need, too.
