About Bianca

I've always had a passion for working with children, which inspired me to become a childcare provider. My three years of experience as a dance teacher for ages 3-12 taught me how to create a safe and nurturing environment while encouraging kids to learn and explore. I'm creative, friendly, and attentive, always prioritizing the needs of the child. I believe in maintaining open communication with parents to create a care plan that suits their family's unique needs. In addition to my teaching experience, I've been babysitting for families in the DFW area for the past few months. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, helping with carpooling or travel, supervising swimming, and assisting with extended or overnight hours as needed.
