About Bianca

I am an honest, patient, and positive individual who enjoys working with kids because of their honesty, eagerness to learn, non-judgmental nature, and fun-loving spirit. I am seeking a job that prioritizes joy, happiness, respect, trust, and effective communication. My journey with children began at a young age, being the oldest of three siblings and starting babysitting at 15. I pursued formal education as a Federally Approved Childcare Educator in Germany, obtaining my degree in 1994. In my free time, I enjoy beach combing, cooking, baking, dreaming, crafting, talking to family, photography, and research. Additionally, I am bilingual in German and English and currently in Puerto Rico to learn Spanish. My skills lie in creativity, integrating children into everyday activities, and nurturing love and inclusion.
